The Senate has begun debating comprehensive immigration reform, and the next markup in the Judiciary Committee on the "Chairman's Mark" is scheduled for March 8 or 9. This letter urges Senators to strip those enforcement provisions from the Chairman's Mark that will endanger immigrant victims of family violence and trafficking.

If you reside in California, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, So. Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, or Wisconsin, call your Senator immediately (by March 9) and urge your Senator to pass a comprehensive immigration reform bill that legalizes the 11 million undocumented but does not endanger immigrant victims of family violence and trafficking.
