Volunteer Opportunities
Calling all volunteers! The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence is holding its 13th Annual National Conference on Domestic Violence and 30th Anniversary Celebration on July 18-23, 2008 with a special Legislative Action Day being held on July 22nd. The theme of this year is "Building Grassroots Leadership for Social Justice."
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking volunteers to help with planning and executing our Legislative Action Day on July 22, 2008. No special skills are needed, but particular knowledge of the legislative process is greatly desired. Benefits include learning about domestic violence advocacy and interacting with passionate people from across the country!
