Job Description:

• Assist residents with needs in both English and Spanish.
• Assess potential residents and provide emergency transportation and direct services.
• Introduce residents to Safe House structure and provide orientation to group living guidelines.
• Assist residents with setting and achieving daily/weekly goals.
• Provide on-going peer counseling and support to residents.
• Assist with training and supervision of volunteers.
• Maintain daily documentation.
• Answer Helpline.
• Manage confidential information.
• Work with Safe House staff to maintain a safe, healthy and respectful house.

Job Requirements:

Pass background check.
Clean driving record, current license.
Ability to problem solve and respond well in crisis situations.
