Job Description:

•A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required; Master’s
degree preferred.
•Two years of experience in human services is required, experience in the
fields of domestic violence or sexual assault is preferred.
•One year of supervisory experience is required.
•Experience providing training is required.
•Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
•Able to regularly work weekends, evenings, and occasional overnight shifts.
•Able to articulate the need for and seek self-care when appropriate.
•Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written), problem solving,
listening, and interpersonal skills.
•Able to give attention to detail while being able to see the big picture.
•Self-starter; comfortable working autonomously and in teams.
•Able to multitask and work well under chaotic and stressful circumstances.
•Able to independently use a computer for word documents, spreadsheets, email,
internet research, data entry and data management.
•Valid driver\'s license and car insurance with reliable transportation.
•Must be willing to complete and able to pass background and child abuse and
neglect history checks.
•Able to read, write, and speak English.
•Fluency in Spanish and/or American Sign Language is preferred.
